The Company

CNF iTech was formed following the merger of two of Australia’s most experienced automation and engineering firms namely CNF & Associates Pty Ltd and iTech Corporation Pty Ltd in 2024. The combined entity has long-standing operations in NSW in the water and rail infrastructure sectors, particularly in Sydney and the Hunter Valley, and the wider east coast of Australia.

The merger has formed an entity which provides major benefits to clients, most particularly by uniquely combining low voltage engineering and control system design and manufacturing with high voltage expertise and mechanical engineering.

CNF & Associates, prior to the merger, had been in operation for over 40 years, and is a privately owned engineering company focused on providing advisory, design engineering and project management for electrical, mechanical and controls for Australian water, energy, and manufacturing clients, with a footprint predominately across NSW and WA.

iTech Corporation has been in operation for over 30 years and is also a privately owned, East Coast vertically integrated electrical engineering and control system business. It has worked with major private and government water corporations, wastewater, sewerage treatment plants, and rail services.

Since the merger CNFiTech has now grown, with a workforce of over 50 employees, with 4 major service locations in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.
