Delivering leaner and greener operations

Production sites are always under pressure to meet and exceed corporate objectives. Increasingly, sites are being asked to bring more than just a green tinge to their operations.  A new, more environmentally sustainable pathway has to be developed and followed.

Any changes to a site have to be tailored to suit the situation and to capitalise on the plant and processes that are already in use. CNFiTech has wide ranging experience and expertise in delivering more environmentally friendly operations for manufacturing plants involving:

  • on-site generation of renewable electricity;
  • installing or extending cogeneration or trigeneration systems;
  • constructing larger fuel or chemical storage facilities;
  • installing anaerobic digestion with methane capture and use;
  • heat recovery;
  • water recovery; and
  • improving process control so wastage and losses are reduced.

Some sites have the opportunity to introduce new materials, processes or technologies that are game changers, delivering a smaller carbon footprint and lower production and operating costs.

With specialist expertise in delivering emerging technologies and system integration, CNFiTech can work with you to introduce new systems and processes that will deliver leaner and greener operations and keep your facility at the forefront of your industry.
